Bashan Enforcer 250 or Venom x21
I hate to be that guy 1st post asking which bike.
Having a really hard time narrowing down which one I want to get. Any input is welcome. Seem to be similar money. Going to be using it for commute when its nice and monkeying around with friends on the weekend. I am a bigger guy at 220. I just keep jumping back and forth and i am ready to order this weekend |

i'm sure others with more experience will chime in.. i think if you want to commute, unless it is short drives away from highway you would better off with the enforcer. i too would like a grom-like bike for play so i understand that appeal. i am 210 and ride a brozz 250. ok ok just buy both

Personally, and assuming they are NOW available from a reliable retailer after what seemed like a major fiasco with ASPCA USA, I would go for the Enforcer. The X21 is a Boom branded bike; the same company that makes the Vader (Venom also sells those), and if the posts regarding the Vader are any indication, you will have a time trying to sort the bike out. People do love them once they sort them out, but it seemed that most of them had time on the their hands--meaning weeks. Then again, this bike might be better out of the box than its Vader brother. But, I commuted on a TMEC 200 enduro, 16 miles each way, so can only offer perspective from the larger bike--had decent power to maintain 60+ in a 50 mph zone (with cars STILL riding my $#%), so with a smaller engine, one less gear on the same commute, I don't think I would want to be on the smaller bike--again, my perspective. Oh, and better than my TMEC, the Enforcer is geared for highway cruising from stock. My vote is for the Enforcer.

They have been having numerous issues getting bikes to customers. You might want to research through here. It seemed like it was hit or miss for some people. Just wanted to throw it out there as a 'buyer beware'.
