Post pictures of it as soon as you can please. We want to see it! I'm very interested in the Viva and may soon pull the trigger on one. I found one for local pick up at just $999 OTD. That seems like a really good deal to me. I hope to get the blue aluminum wheels with mine!

Thanks!

This is important!!!! they use NO grease puting it together. grease the swing arm bolt and all the shock bolts. and anything eles that moves.
speedo cabel need to be lubed too, hell make him do all the cabels.
We love our Vivas but they take some work to keep them going. If you have any trouble with the wiring let me know we worked through some weird stuff on ours.

I got it!

It arrived in perfect shape, after 2 freight companies & 5 trailers. The guy here brought it out on his pickup & had it unloaded by the time I got home.

Problems: Rims are PINK!!! Order the black or yellow one!
Front fender rubs on frame
Battery cable was too short
NO assembly instructions

Good things: Followed the must-do's listed on this site...Thank you, thank you thank you!
Speedo is in MPH
Gauges are nice
Gears are normal 1 down/4 up
Rear disc brake

My computer took a big crap, so here is the link to pics and I'll write more tomorrow. Spend a grand on a bike, $1000 computer dies. Karma or what?!?

Overall, I'm pretty happy with it for the money. Tomorrow night, oil change, add gas, & fire it up.

Looks good girl!!! At least your a female and can get away with pink rims although I think that is Chinas version of red, Ya think they'd know red being the country that they are??? Not many have commented here that I have seen on the muffler/tool holder/gun and ammo holster, the GY-5 has it all smashed under the seat...Have fun with it and it's good to have you here, now is when you will start becoming a post wh**e and we like that, I think Suave may beat Culcune, Hmmm.... May start a thread about that, nahhhhh...Keep posting pics...

Depending on what the rims are coated with, you may be able to remove the pink color.

Acetone or laquer thinner should work if it is a paint of some kind. If they are anodized aluminum, oven cleaner may work.

Acetone of laquer thinner should be safe enough for the rubber, as long as you dont soak them in the stuff. Oven cleaner or stronger paint removers, I think I would remove the tires and tubes. It should be easy to test before you tear the machine apart.

Or you could get some pink riding gear...

I think we have a candidate for a pink and purple paint scheme since Shea chickened out!

Actually, those rims would make me a little upset as a male receiving the bike. That shade of red is not what I would have in mind. Has a feminine look, for sure, and they will lighten some more with use. Much prefer the black or silver with this color bike. I don't think that the Chinese at the plant have yet mastered the art of color matching.

Real curious to see it after everything is together. There may be a market for a totally pink bike come to think about it, the pink ATVs were one of my hottest items during the Christmas sales season! Polaris has even started making one.

Looks good. Your speedometer may be in MPH but be sure to check the Odometer and see if it is in Kilometers... Bet it is....

I see spray paint in my near future! lol

The only thing feature-wise that I don't like is the 56-tooth sprocket. The battery hanging on the side is weird, but since you have to completely strip the bike to get the seat off, I'm glad it's not under there.
