TT250 (2016) mod to CDI anyone ?

my TT250 goes& goes & goes. Just wondering for a winter project to change to CDI ? has anyone been successful ? pro / cons My 3rd year on battery & iridium plug.....still at least 70 mpg

Why would you want to “change to cdi “ when your bike already has one ?
