Vader Big Bore Kit

Has anyone done a 150 or bigger big bore kit on their vader or like clone? I am looking to do one but not sure what kits will work on these engines. I have already replaced the exhaust, got a 26mm mikuni carb and went to a 16 tooth front sprocket. I want to go a touch more on the gearing but a bit of extra power will be needed if I do.

Hit up T Bolt USA. You are not going to be able to do a 150cc, but I think their 146cc kit will work. You will need to measure the head bolt spacing to figure out what jug amd head you need to run.

Thanks for the input. It looks like I am going to have to pull the motor apart and take some measurements.

Let me know what you end up going with, I’ve been interested in this as well. I’m running a 17 tooth sprocket in front, and 32 tooth rear, but am curious if a big bore kit will get me in to the 65 to 70 mph rage comfy without red lined. I also am running a 26mm carb with after market exhaust.

I don't know if this is getting too much off topic, but Chimera Engineering has 300cc conversion kit for Honda Grom.

Instead of making 125cc into 150cc, maybe save money for engine conversion?

I know Honda engine would be too expensive, but maybe one of those Lifan 229cc engine?
Also if the kit is too expensive, maybe you might be able to find somebody who can fabricate a bracket?

How fast do you want to go on the bike?

If you want something Grom sized but want to modify everything to the limit...

Grom clone
ZS190CC swap
4V Daytona Head
212CC bore kit

If you want fuel injection on top of that... Megasquirt and/or source the parts off a grom and build your own.
