The saga continues... bogs at WOT and 3/4 throttle

Ok now I'm getting frustrated. The carb on my Lifan 100 seems to be out of adjustment. It's a Sheng Wei PD11. I have a few questions about this carb. #1 What is the brass adjustment screw on the bottom of the carb for? #2 How low should I set the slide adjustment with the adjustment screw? #3 I dropped the needle one position on the clip - was this the right thing to do? (I inadvertently rejetted it when I cleaned the jets with a torch tip cleaner). I think this carb may be a Keihin knock off. I have a new 24mm Mikuni on the way but I'd like to ride since the weather has been so nice here.

Phil

Well I found that my air fliter was pretty plugged up. I bought a Uni filter and that ought to allow some flow. I've really learned alot since joining this board. Thanks everyone!
