Doh! Florida wouldn't register mine.

The Florida DMV claimed the original Certificate of Origin was not legit as Void should show through any copy & mine didn't.

those axle torque values seem way high, tt250 manual specifies 35 foot lbs on each or 46 n/m

Considering Hawk 250

I have some questions:
- Seat height, can you lower it and how.
- Is it legal in Tennessee, assume you get some paperwork to register it.
- The Hawk is $360 cheaper than the Pro Bozz 250.
- Do these bikes have rear drum or disk? I read and see different specs.

I am debating to buy a RPS Hawk or Pro Bozz 250. The price difference is about $360 (Pro Bozz more expensive)... look very similar, except the instruments, inverted front struts and fake carbon fiber panel accents. I like to get rear disk, but some have drum (may be all have drum).

Seat height. I am 5'7". I have been riding motorcycles for almost 40 years with a 15 year break in the middle. I am use to tippy toe on bikes. I currently have a BMW R1150RT which I modified seat, I can't flat foot both feet,... but it's doable. Can I lower this. I guess I can move front forks up in triple clamp, cut the rear shock spring and take out padding in seat (although it looks minimal now). I know the "Magician" has a lower seat height, but not digging on the looks.

Is there issues getting these licensed.

I went to Vietnam and Thailand and love the little scooters. That is what got me into looking at China bikes. I want a small bike to take to the store or back up vehicle, may be have some light trail or dirt road riding.

We have a couple members that had success in Tennessee. Just make sure MCO states motorcycle and not dirt bike. I don't remember the seat height but I'm 5'11" and can sit flat footed. The Hawk has rear disk brake. I never heard of the Pro Bozz 250. do you have a link?

The seat cover and foam from csc (tt250 aftermarket seat) will lower it by around 2-1/2 inches.

I registered the Magician 250 in Alabama on May 19, 2017. No problems whatsoever.

I had no problem whatsoever registering the hawk in North Carolina just had to have proof of insurance which was only $5 a month and a $44 one-time registration fee and it got registered with no problem in Durham North Carolina at the Northgate Mall there's a little DMV in there and all that my title had to say was that it was a motorcycle and they registered it with moped tags as no problem I was in there for maybe 12 minutes and had my tags to put on the back of the hawk and my registration and my insurance done two in that time on the internet my first real Enduro and I'm loving the hell out of it I'd like to get one and I wish they would make it in at 6:50 or 450 something huge and I wouldn't even buy a Harley head by a hawk with a big ass engine in it
