Xpro 125 cc manual runs like crap. Please help.

My bike sounds like this. Please someone help. We tried 3 different carbs. We tried a whole bunch of timing we looked at the flywheel. We tried jetting the carb to 88, 95, and 115. We tried replacing the ignition coil. Adjust valves to .005mm. We also tried a new cdi.

Either you have an intake air leak or idle mixture set way too lean.

We have messed with the air fuel mixture screw and changed the carb 3 times. 2 of the carbs were the stock carbs. I did notice that when I rev it up it sprays air out of the carb. I saw something where it’s supposed to do that, but one time I could see gas spraying through the air filter.

We checked the valves and they seem fine

.005mm is not enough clearance, it equals .000197".

I will try that, but we already tried running it with them loose and it did the same thing.

Both too tight and too loose will give you top end breathing problems. Too loose and the valves don't open enough, if at all; too tight and they get stuck open. Either way, no bueno.

I adjusted it correctly and it still runs the same. Is there anything else that could be happening?

Probably need to go with baseline carb settings, make adjustments back and forth (rich or lean) and fine tune the carb to your area and altitude.

Taking a carb out of the box and installing it doesn't mean it's going to work for you perfectly, by any means.

How about posting pics of the three carbs you tried to use, maybe one would be the easiest to dial in and work the best on your bike.

We fixed it and put the same carb on it and it ran like it is now. And then we put on a carb from a xpro 125cc semiautomatic bike that we have and it did the same thing. We tried two stock jing ke pz26 carbs and a vm22 mikuni replica to be specific. It runs a little better with air filter off but pushes a fuel mist out of the carb intake for some reason. I can post another video tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

if its not air or fuel..then the issue is ignition/spark.

try replacing/swapping CDI/Coil/sparkplug.

We tried cleaning the spark plug. We replaced the cdi. The ignition coil that we got came broken, so we will have to try a different one.

If your spark plug is a Chinese one, replace it with an NGK. Not sure which one is appropriate. Maybe someone on here knows and can chime in.
