While I appreciate your advice Buzz, it is not that easy. I can go weeks without it, but there comes a time when the pressure builds, the anxiety is overwhelming and I fall prey to what Ozzy refers to as "The Demon Alcohol."

Hey.....with everything Mother Nature has taken from me that I used to love to do, no one touches my beer!!!!! I simply make the right decision at certain times a night and don't "click/type"! ;-)

I have a 10 gallon brewing system, including a handcrafted mashtun that allows me full control of just exactly what specific gravity drop to shoot for
Lets just say, big drop I do intend on getting back into brewing if I can ever catch up with all of these piddling tasks! I need to get my priorities straight. brewing a Full Sail Amber clone, or a dark IPA, or just a strong ale are ALL more important than painting the house. I will wrap up my ongoing projects. Uugghh! Famous last words.
