TBR7 popping out of 5th gear

So lately when riding kind of intense meaning running through gears fast once I hit 5th gear it’s stays in 5th gear but acts like it’s in neutral. I go to pull the clutch in and go up again on my shifter but it’s already in gear. I’m not sure what’s going on with that. And I then going back down into first sometimes it will vibrate heavily and resist going into first. I’m more nervous about the 5th gear problem more that the 1st gear but does anyone have an idea what the issue could be? I’m hoping the clutch needs to be replaced and that’s all. Times are tough right now
