I need a 50cc bike (not a scooter)

hi all,
i live in the UK and im turning 16 soon
the laws in the UK are awful and im only allowed a bike thats 50cc or less
after searching around ive found i have 2 options
buy a second hand european bike or buy a brand new chinese bike.
so now im looking at the chinese option.

is this bike any good or do you have any other suggestions?
and also are there any performance upgrades i can get or are there any good looking wheels i can get for it?

Go through their feedback. Looks like the quality may not be what it is represented as. Email some off the others that have bought the same bike and ask them about it.
