I joined the forum looking for info on the Hawk. I was thinking of getting a cheap bike just to tool around, explore some FS roads...

The more research I did, the more I read about the RX3 the more I like it.

I'm into Ultralight backpacking so making the jump to cycle camping is not a stretch for me. I could back everything needed in the stock luggage on the RX3.

I haven't ridden a bike in about 7 years and I'm still fairly new to riding, but I think this might be the path to riding again.

It's in my shopping cart on the CSC site, so close to pulling the trigger!!!

I just wanted to say, you guys are a bad influence on me and my wife is going to hate all of you!

Be ready to be assimilated. CSC are running specials on left over 2017's that look like a great deal.

How about going to Azusa in 3 weeks , getting your new RX3 and riding with us on the Destination Deal Tour ride?

That sounds like a blast, but I don't think I'm quite ready for that much of an adventure just yet. I'll have to ease back in to riding. Start with some slow rides around the neighborhood here and expand out. Maybe next year!!!

Just submitted the order. Also ordered a helmet, jacket, pants, and boots from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.

I'm not sure I'll be able to hide this from her like I do with my fly fishing equipment

Of course, we will require pics upon arrival. If you post pics, the CR membership is free. If you don't post pics, you have to buy a round of cold beer for every member. It could get costly. ;-)
