Coolster 3125XR8 ATV - Does Not Move in Gear

Looking for some direction on my Coolster 3125XR8 atv when placed into F or R, the engine revs but will not move.

So I replaced the clutch and still the same issue. What am I missing? At this point I am lost on where to look next.
