The paperwork arrived yesterday... a week after the delivery. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience with them. They sent a 2018 hawk, and it was in a better state of assembly that I was expecting. Also worth noting is that Ive seen lock-tite on a number of the pre-assembled bolts.

Getting Insurance was no issue. I'm planning on going to the DMV Monday to title and register it.
