CSC TT250 guy are they much into mods for PZ30B carb?
I've looked into the cable for that style of switch gear but the solution I got is just OK and needs fiddling to work etc.
Really it needs a correct style cable with the elbow and fitting into the switch gear correctly and correct length inner cable.

Worst case could be different switch gear without the A1 A2 but that kinda isn't the nicest way.

I managed to find 'good enough" solution with some DIY required to make it work "fine" or best I can without the actual bike (Used RX3 switch gear to test fit)

"Dual Cable PZ30B Pumper Carb" does not fit on the Bashan WILL 200 or other similar framed bikes

I'm a sad Panda today

Anyone in my area need a PZ30B let me know... I never actually used/filled the PZ30B with gas but I did clean and lube it up (MMO and Neutra 131 mix) getting it ready for service on my Bashan... and I quickly found that the "pumper cable mounting bracket" hits the right side frame no matter what you do

Sounds like a plan. I should have it soon. (I just ordered it today) I’ll post up some pics and hopefully we can figure this thing out. Thanks for your help.

That looks like half of a n424 or 99103 jet. Like the emulsion tube on the end is missing.

Here is better shot of the internal engagement. There is a tapered brass plug the jet seats on. The jet itself is concave so it forms a seal. This N424 Keihin jet looks similar but says 4.5 mm and my jet measures 4.8 on the body and 5 mm on thread. Emailing the seller so see what they have to say.

Here is link to similar Keihin N424. http://www.keihin-fcr.com/index.php?...roduct_id=1815

That is the same as my PZ30B and what is in my first tune kits. I am 99% sure.
Best I know there are 3 types of pilot jets in the Chinese clone PZ30 Keihin based carbs (1 of each is in the first tune kit I sell, also used in the PZ30B I sell)

It looks like the main jet is still screwed into the emulsion tube, would be tough for anyone to tell what it is - Unless that is really one piece

I figured that out. I unscrewed it and everything looks exactly like the hawk. So at least I know what I’m working with. I found a website that showed that the main jet unscrewed from that tube, I thought it was one piece.

You bought a first tune kit with jets right?

I only have a few bits in the USA with me so it could be wise to Pm check and shipping will be much faster, or I’m back in china the 25th
I have:
Pumper carb set with all options.
Carb air screw tool
Valve adj tool set
Lock set for either hawk or TBR7 which just needs a plug change.
Couple large rear racks

A few more first tune kits coming with me wife next week
I’m a bit limited while here or faster postage

Got my pz30b a few days ago from nzbrakelathes, need to get it on my storm soon. Bikes stock right now, any advice on where to start with jetting? Might do an exhaust in the fall, right now what little time I have is going to wrenching on the storm and my vtx so I can hopefully ride them soon.

Prob 40 pilot 103/105 main
That’s the same as hawk first tune
I’d suggest that be ok as a starting point etc

For a stock bike. If you are at a lower elevation (sub 5kft) 45 pilot jet and a 105 or 110 main and needle in 3rd or 4th notch. This should get you pretty close.
