superiorpowersports.com

Ordered 2 coolster 3150 dx2s from superiorpowersports.com yesterday and figured I'd keep you all updated on how the transaction goes.

I've been doing research online and it seems that opinions and experiences with these retailers are all over the map. finding one for my 1st chinese quad purchase was no easy task as weighing online reviews can be a rollercoaster ride to say the least. In the end after hours of research I began to make phone calls to the "final four" retailers and the only one to pick up the phone was Helen at superior. She answered my remaining questions and was pleasant.

after a few more days I went to their website, read EVERYTHING i could about warranty, shipping, policies etc. Confident in my choice I ordered 2 units yesterday morning via the website.

Later in the day I received a call from Helen that I initially missed. When I called back I got right through. She wanted to verify a couple of things as she was already processing my order. After a short conversation I ended the call again confident in my choice.

My units are scheduled to arrive later than normal (my choice as i'll be out of town for a week) and Helen was completely accommodating to my schedule.

So far so good. I'll try to keep this updated and pass along my experience.

That is very incouraging! Good idea with the voice check to see who really wants business.

Called today to verify shipment. Got through with no problems. They verified that my order would be shipped today (per my timetable) and should reach me when i arrive back home. A few hours later I received an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Looking good. I'll keep you updated.

Just got confirmation on delivery of my quads from a co worker. Apparently shipping was faster than expected. Superior did their job fantastically to this point and the crate is safely at my work with no visable damage. No call from R&L carriers prior to the delivery but since I deal with freight fairly often I'm Not surprised. Can't wai to pick them up monday. Keep you posted

So far superior has met/exceded my expextations.

I've also had a good experience with SPS, regarding the transaction and when they said they'd be delivered. the paperwork was a bit late but that was also expected as I ordered my Rhino during the holiday rush. She said to expect things to take longer.

My only complaint was not warrantying my front rack plastic cover that was damaged in shipment. Even after filling out all the proper claim paperwork, plus photos, they came back with "We don't warranty plastics."

The initial transaction was good. The follow up was not. Best of luck.

Picked up the quads from work tonight. Packaging looks good from the outside. I was surprised to see that the tires were boxed separately. Only had time to look at the tires as it's dark and rainy. They came aired up wich is nice.

Should be able to get them off the trailer in the morning.

Both units are assembled and ready. Quality was beyond expectations. These things are awesome. Typical chinese minor issues but overall im blown away.

Trying to upload pics. Ill have them soon.

Superior was great to deal with and the coolsters seem to be quite a bargain.

Super happy

And great job on the photos!

Your next mission, should you choose to accept it, video and ride report.
