Head Scratching Identify carb hoses

I just recently bought a new pz22 carb and it has 3 houses fuel inlet, overflow, and one more that I have no idea what it is or where it goes any help would be much appreciated.

The third one is more than likely an emission system or a vacuum line. You can cap that one off.

Or maybe he's thinking the float bowl vent should have something connected to it.
