Hi guys, T.J. Saxon from Augusta GA.

Hi guys, I just picked up a lf 200 gy 5 for 150 bucks. I have never really been that into motorcycle ( I had a dirt bike when I was younger ) but with the economy sucking as hard as it does I decided to get a bike to take my car off insurance and save on gas. Just so happens I found a lifan that was laid down, He was asking 1000 for it but when I offered 150 for it. It turns out the speedo was broke the gear thing that shows what gear your in goes out sometimes the clutch lever is broke all turn signal were broke the handle bars were bent and same goes to the back wheel. So yea it was pretty beat up but still 150 seemed like a steal. Still runs great. Any who I am rambling. Nice to meet every one =D

Welcome! If you got a titled runner for $150 and the frame isn't bent, you did really well.

Looking forward to pics!

Yep, only the back tire was bent. I will upload pictures as soon as I learn how to and I imagine it will go through quit a few different paint jobs so it will probably be on here a lot.

Well nice to meet you. $150 is good if it is running well. The parts to fix those things shouldn't be to expensive. I bought mine for $440 and it just needed a good carb cleaning and now it's running great. Just keep us posted and ask for help if needed. This is a great place for resources.
