Spark Plug

I've done numerous searches and couldn't find what I was looking for. I upgraded my spark plug (NGK DR8EIX) about 500 miles ago.

My Questions are

* does the picture below look OK? if not, what are the recommendations for improvement?

What gap should the plug be?

Hard to tell from the pic but looks ok.

You really shouldn't mess with gap on the iridium style plugs.

plug condition/gap

Thanks for the reply.

It didn't really look bad to me but I was just checking because after the initial carb upgrade it starts, runs and idles awesome without ever needing to use the choke to warm up. I was worried it was running rich.

I only have about 500 miles on my Hawk and I am gaining confidence on longer rides. The summer here in Seattle looks to be awesome and want to make sure when I leave, I get to return in the same condition with the exception of a few bugs in my teeth.
