Zongshen 250cc clutch pushing rod issues

Hi guys,

I’ve got some issues with my Megelli 250r (liquid cooled NC250 engine ). The problem being my mechanic lost a few parts while my bike was at his workshop. The main part missing is the clutch pushing rod (which is actuated by the clutch lever arm)I need to know which other bikes uses the same rod, so l can get it replaced. Or the specifications and dimensions of the pushing rod, so that I can fabricate another one.

I’ve read some information from spud’s previous posts on the clutch assembly.

Thanks in anticipation.

Where are you? The NC250 engine is used in quite a few motorcycles (as you know well) but the trick is to find a local brand using the engine. CSC offers the rod for $2.70 or $9.00 so it's not an expensive part. Since they usually have the parts in stock it might be easiest to simply get it from CSC and have them ship by someone like DHL. Shipping cost will be much more than the part cost.

Thanks for the response. I’m actually in lagos Nigeria. Can I have the details of CSC and the part number (of the clutch pressure plate pushing rod) so I could call them?

Here's the link to the CSC contact page: https://cscmotorcycles.com/contact-us/

And the link to the part https://cscmotorcycles.com/oem-parts...utch-assembly/

Maybe they'd measure a part and send you the specs? From everything I hear, they are very helpful.
