I need some CL help.
For some reason my ad for Q is not listing :x . The same thing happened when I went to sell my Zong last month.
I get the confirmatory email and check to list it, it says it's listed and then it never shows up on line? What's up with that. The HELP section on CL does not help. Big surprise. Can anyone more computer savy than me help?

I had the same thing happen to me last month, so I simply posted the ad again with a different title. That one appeared properly.
What happens when somebody flags you? Do you get an email telling you that? Some trolls out there flag ads for sport.

It never posted even for a moment to be flagged. Maybe I'll try again but I don't get it. The email said it was already posted, and the link they give me shows the ad, but when I go to the motorcycle section of CL it's not there..... :?:

That's exactly how it happened to me. CL software glitch is my guess.

It's only looks like it's there. Here's the ad list and it's not really there:

Sometimes it screws up and you need to start over... You usually need to wait a couple days to repost though. It does take up to 15 minutes to show up in the list, but it does occasionally just not work.

I've never tried Craigslist, but I know with Kijiji they often "hold" the ad for up to 24 hours before it goes live. They also give you a link where you can check the ad. Does Craigslist do something similar?

No, it should be visible in the list within 15 minutes.

kijiji is alittle more advanced than craigslist, but I have never had a problem with it. Usually I get a confirmation email with a link.

I tried reposting last night still not working. I'd like to sell Q soon as I pick up the KLX next week.

I got it posted. 4th time was a charm. I wound up signing up for a Yahoo email and used that to create a new CL account.
