SSR-150 Lowering Link

Hello All, New to this group. We have four SSR bikes and love them. Run great and the price was right. My newest bike is the SSR-150. Electric start for my wife. She is a short lady and just barely tip toes the bike. Am trying to locate a lowering link for this bike. Tried the Honda-150R, the link was actually shorter than the stock SSR. I need approximately .5 " or 12mm longer than stock. Don't really want to weld an insert, into the link, but will do if needed, Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks. Jim
