I needed another bicycle project like I needed another hole in my head, but here we are. I picked up a mid range late 60s, early 70s French Mercier frame set and boxes full of parts for $25. Everybody goes to motorcycle swap meets to buy bicycle parts. Right?

So. Today's life lesson is to NEVER buy two MG's at the same time. They will reproduce when you're not looking! I must have forgotten to lift their little MG skirts and make sure they were the same sex...

So you are now the proud owner of two RB Bs eh? Hopefully i will be getting my B back on the road come July. Chances are pretty high i might go looking for another B next spring. Currently closing in on the pick up date on the TR7. As for recent purchases...that would be the Nikon D5000 DSLR camera kit i got yesterday as well as an older set of CA computer speakers with subwoofer for my editing desk. On that note i also picked up some ram for that side to upgrade the main tower to 16gb, another 16 gb ram kit for a server project as well as a Ryzen processor for that same server.

I'm the proud owner of two MGB's, and one MG Midget. And for some reason, I feel better about having a garage full of classic British roadsters than I do having it full of a hodge-podge of motorcycles. I think my meat nuggets are getting too fat to work on the motorcycles anymore.

I kinda reached a similar point when i let the Harley go. I essentially transitioned to my current B at that point and enjoyed it more then i did the bike. Now that i am finally mostly clear of debts caused by the ex i can finally enjoy it more and do the work i wanted to do to it. I am not sure how long the TR7 may stick around but time will tell on that one.

New valve cover for my daughters Chevy Cruze. GM's piss poor design of integrating the PCV with the Valve cover. What idiot engineer designed that?

The same brilliant engineer that got promoted for eliminating the hose connecting the valve cover to the PCV valve, thereby creating the need for a new higher profit replacement part.

There is a kit out there to convert it. I would of went that route but needed to get her car up and running for this morning. Hopefully the new one last long enough until she gets a newer car.

Wrote a check for renewing my passport. This one didn't have a single stamp in it. The one before had to be renewed because there weren't enough blank pages left in it. I guess I don't travel as much since retirement.

I go between the Humble 2LZ Abode and our local store for a beer every evening with the Boyz. No more airports or three hours a day in a car for me.

I have no interest in either of them Jerry ,the maxim is an x ,apparently Canada only ,you guys didn’t get the 750 liquid version ? It’s said to be a rocket from what am reading but it’s just an ugly bike to me .
Hopefully they will both be someone else’s problem in a week
