If you are the least bit uncomfortable with the Chinese studs by all means switch them out with the Honda studs.

Is it ok to ride on the street with 1 out of 4 studs broken?

If you avoid popping the clutch and hard downshifting, you should be ok. The c-clip holds the sprocket in place so the worst that can happen is you get stranded somewhere.

Personally, given what I have discovered with the rear sprocket, I would avoid riding the bike until you replace the studs. If that sprocket comes free, it can be a huge safety hazard. Best case scenario, you loose drive power and get stuck pushing your bike. Worst case, the rear wheel gets locked up, you destroy a bunch of parts on the bike, and it causes you to crash and get hurt.

One of the other guys in a separate thread mentioned he walked into a Honda Bike dealer and they found a part that matched up for him. The part number hand written on the bag was 90128-312-000 ... That brings up a Honda SL350 when searching the internet, but those appear to be discontinued. A few show up on Ebay for them, but hopefully your Honda dealer has something for you that fits. If you find something else, please share it with us!

Here is his original post in this thread http://chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=19265&page=2

It brings up the SL350 up to about 1972, where it is replaced with a different part number, most likely a small revision to the same part.
