help finding 17 inch 2.15 mechanical drum brake rear wheel

I'm trying to get a set of wheels for off-road and a set for onroad. The rear is a mechanical drum brake wheel that's 17 and 2.15 wide and the brake is activated by pulling a metal pole/rod with a foot lever. Its from a bashan shark 250 bs250gy. (I'm gonna start a thread for the 19 inch 1.85 front)
