Please help with Valve Settings.

I have this Chinese Bike..It's Branded " HOFI" bought it here where I live(Panama).
I've not been able to Find the Maker of this Engine! Some say Shineray, some it's a Honda Rebel Knockoff, some say it's the same as a Katomi.Etc Etc Etc. It's a 2008 253FMM? Parallel Twin.
The Cheezy little Operators Manual shows TWO different Settings on TWO different Pages.for Valve Adjustment. One Page says .005 for both the Intake and Ex.The other Page says .008 IN and .005 for the Ex.This does'nt sound right. Can I get a little Advice? Thanks
Ken.

Thank you all

Hi.
First, thanks humanbeing for that You-Tube Video.Know one has actually come out and said that the Honda Rebel Engine uses the SAME Valve settings as my FMM253(Shineray?)My Engine looks a little different than ANY Engine I've found on line(different Valve Cover,One Carburetor Etc Etc.). seems no one in the World has this Same Engine. So far I have.

1 sshevie Shark? .005 on both In.-Ex.
2 merlin .005-.008
3 humanbeing .002-.003
4 My shitty Operators Manual.
Page 3 0.05mm In.-0.08mm Ex.
Page 18 0.05mm for both In.and Ex.

When I went into the Dealership(Shitty Chinese Service,un-helpful as Hell, with the Spanish I can't get ANY WHERE with them. The Mechanic had just got back from getting an Injection for some Ailment, and seemed Doped out of his Mind.So it goes in Panama.
Ken.
P.S.Please don't give up on me! Ja ja
