We have 4 Hawks now. APSCUSA had the most recent paperwork in hand in 4 days of recieving the bikes. All 4 bikes registered in less than a week. No issues.

CT70 clones

I have purchased from this company (PITSTER PRO) and was happy with their service. But I did not purchase a CT70, I purchased a ST90, which is still a Honda clone.

The CT70 clone (with a 125cc engine)

Here is the ST90 version similar to mine. I originally had a 50cc engine (so it was a ST50), but installed a 90cc and it made such a difference. Now one can order them with a 125cc, which would make it even faster.

Skyteam USA (which is actually NOT the 'official' US Skyteam distributor, only in name) had a whole bunch of these, which were also California-legal (a big deal, as far as Chinese bikes go), a few years ago. They were going for $999 out of the L.A. area, and would ship for a couple hundred more for those of us not in L.A. Not too many people here ordered one, if any, and a few members were skeptical about the company based on their phone calls (based on their Craigslist ads which they placed in several US cities, and the phone number seemed to go to the owner's personal cell phone, hence people's hesitation dealing with them after calling them).

Their site has not updated for a few years, as they still show the Dream replica which has never been EPA certified, yet has shown 'pending' for years now. They used to show the CT70 replicas on their site as well.

Pitster's bikes are also Skyteam (as you probably know). They advertise as being 50 state legal, but not sure if the site has not been updated or is current.
