Whats do you guys recommend as a good inexpensive battery for the Hawk 250?

My Hawk 250 has been sitting for a few years and may need a new battery. Just wondering which inexpensive battery you all would recommend. Thanks.

Also, are the stock batteries the type where the levels need to be checked and filled with distilled water like a car battery? Could the battery levels of acid/water become low from just sitting for a few years? In order to start my bike, I need to use a jumper. I have a trickle charger on it right now to charge the battery, but I am guessing that I will probably need to buy a new battery soon anyways. Would be nice if I can just add distilled water and charge it up, but with my luck I'll probably need a new battery.

Not only are inexpensive batteries rare these days, they're all crappy -- even the expensive ones. I now shop the new-battery warranties more than the batteries themselves...

Had one of these Might Max gel batteries in my Nomad for six years. Just replaced it with the same one this season. They're one of my go-to brands for gel batteries.
