if you are heading to the store for rolls or burgers and you see some poppies on the counter put whatever you can in the jar remember this holiday is about the real Hero's the men and women who did not come back

Amen to that. Many Americans, right up to and including our president, have forgotten who memorial day is about.

If it wasn't for brave American soldiers, my parents would have been lampshades or smoke and ashes, and I never would have been born. I do not forget the sacrifices made by soldiers, both American and allied.
