No, I am still waiting on my MCO from Orion Powersports. They claim its in the mail this week. Im starting to get really pissed. Basically I have a bike that I can not ride legally off road or on road.

I am wanting to add a tusk light kit to my AGB-36 and was wondering what bike model kit you ordered?
Also your thoughts on how hard it was to install.
And did you ever get that MCO?

Its been 60 days since I ordered the bike and the certificate of origin finally arrived. Its not notarized so hopefully that doesn't become an issue.

I think it was off a Honda or something. The wiring is all universal anyways.

That's really a shame. I was hoping that all would go right on schedule for you. Orion is a cool bike and if I was going to go "dirt only" again, that would be it.

It just amazes me that a distributer can:

1- Take an order.
2- Process the order and cash your check.
3- Send the order to either a third party vendor to ship or out to their own warehouse
4- Find it in stock
5- Have the forklift guy put it on a truck
6- Ship it through God only knows how many terminals
7- Have it delivered to your home, hopefully unscathed.....

.....BUT THEY CAN'T GET AN OFFICE GAL TO PUT A PIECE OF PAPER INTO AN ENVELOPE AND MAIL IT!

This constant MCO problems we have here blows my mind.

And know I may have to go the South Dakota route because the DMV said that they want the MCO notarized. I cant win with this. I could pay for the notary and wait for who knows how long to receive a new MCO or just try the SD route.

I'm new on here and not sure if i should post this to this thread or not. But anyways after much researching I finally came across this site https://www.powerdirtbikes.com/apollo-dirt-bike-parts. I haven't purchased anything from them yet but they have really good reviews from what I've seen. The parts say they are for the DB-36 but looking at the parts list it looks like the parts should also work for the AGB-36 model also. It also looks like you have to call to order the parts although you can buy all their bikes and atvs straight from their website which I find odd. Curious has anyone tried purchasing parts from them? I'm thinking about buying a clutch lever or something cheap just to try it out.

P.S. I actually just purchased the Apollo AGB-36 and am waiting for it to arrive. Can't wait for it to get here.

My Apollo finally arrived and I actually got upgraded to the blue and red one instead of the black one because the black one was apparently on back order for 2 weeks which they failed to mention. But I'm actually glad they did upgrade me because I got the color I actually wanted and it came assembled at no extra charge. It was missing some bolts but luckily I had plenty of metric bolts already to replace the missing ones. Charged the battery and put some gas in it after checking it over real good and it fired right up with no choke. I rode it around the block a few times to break it in a little. Then I took it to the woods on some trails and have to admit I'm pretty impressed. Even climbed a pretty steep rocky/rough hill. The only issue I found is it wanted to stall on me a few times while trying to take off quick in 1st gear. My question is do I need to do some adjusting on the carbs air screw? It seems to idle ok but does almost want to die after sitting idling for about a minute. Other than that the bike runs great. Any input on the stalling would be much appreciated.

I am not the expert here, but it seems everyone else says you need to change all your fluids ASAP and not use the ones that come in it (engine oil, fork oil) and use Locktite on your nuts and bolts, lest they go flying off whilst riding, never to be seen again until the end of time. As to the idle, I'll leave that to the experts here; I'm just learning myself.

I would check the valves and adjust them to spec.
I would have changed the fluids before I rode it.
Checked tighten loctited the bolts on the wheels brakes and motor mounts.
The carb may need to be adjusted a bit.

I think goat is right. May be tight intake valve afterwarmup.you neverknow, dirty new carb?
