Hey ya'll from Colorado
I'm Duane from Colorado. Have a history of riding Hondas, Polaris and Kawi's, but recently purchased a new Coolster 3125R for my grandson. I love the simplicity of this machine and really like it needs tinkering with. Also like how these machines can be modded out for only a little cabbage. Any CO members want to chat that would be great.

Welcome! Tinkering is one of the things that really draws me to these bikes. Cheap to mess around with!

Hello there, what do you feel like chatting about?
I'm a wee bit north of the FOCO area... know of any good spots to ride? Not many up here where I'm at... mostly flat lands with lots of wind just blowing dirt in your face

Hello! I agree on the tinkering part. Makes the winters pass. As for riding spots, for afternoon rides I go to the track in Erie IMI Motorsports I think it is called. It's better than not riding. I have been wanting to go back to Berthoud since it is under new ownership. It looks really well done from the highway. I try to get to the North Sand Dunes once or twice each year, and my usual mountain ride is Rampart Range. Tell me about your 4 wheelers and where you ride.

No 4 wheelers in my stable just yet... soon tho... the kiddo really wants a blue one, so one day we will get a cheap China quad for him to ride around on.
Until then, my KLR650, Bashan 197, and my Yamaha 100cc 2stroke will get me by I like to ride anywhere with my dual sport motorcycles tho... single track on a heavy KLR650?!? Yeah buddy, lets do it! I'm not scared! Climb 13,000 feet mountains on a 197cc China Bike?!? LETS GO ALREADY!!! We could have been half way up the mountain pass by now!!! Not much to do out here... just have a couple dirt roads and several rail road tracks I can follow... other than that... not much to do unless I talk the neighbors into letting me ride on their hundreds of acres of awesome trails (they always say "NO! we have horses/cows/buffalo/camels on the land that you will scare... so go away!")

Dual sport is a great way to do it all - no doubt. I like the KLR. But then I like quads for mudding

Thanks all. The rhino sounds great. Anyone up for riding let me know. I go to the track called "IMS" in Erie and have been wanting to try berthoud. Main draw is pretty good but may still be closed for spring thaw according to rider planet.

The Hawk can be plated in CO, right? I think you just have to tag it as a converted offroad bike after an inspection?
