Hello from Western Pennsylvania.

I've been very interested in getting a new bike, it's been over 20 years since I had one. Yes, im old. Lol.
Looking at this site, and the great members and info has pushed me over the edge. Now just to figure out what bike, I'm 6ft and 280lbs. Will be used mainly on local country roads and easy dirt roads..
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thank you.

Welcome aboard! For taller guys like you and I you want something with 21" front and 18" rear tires. There are a few to select from like the CSC tt250, BMS Bashan 250, Bashan Enforcer 250 and the Hawk 250. All these bikes are similar with the CSC TT250 being the most expensive and the Enforcer being the least expensive.

Most of the dealers will drop ship. The TT250 can only be bought from CSC out of California and will come fully assembled and tested. https://store.cscmotorcycles.com/CSC...19-deposit.htm

The Hawk can be bought from powersportsmax. https://www.powersportsmax.com/produ...ducts_id/22181

The BMS Bashan 250, Bashan Enforcer 250 can be bought from shopampc http://shopapmc.com/Motorcycles_c_7.html

These all have been good dealers to buy from. I'm sure others will chime in with other suggestions.

Welcome aboard! Jerry as one of the masters here, has spoken well. On this site, Herbie has the blue eagle brozz, 2lz has done write up `s on the csc , and of course megadan. Dan is a big guy and has tons of info. If you prefer all dirt, the Orion is an impressive bike. I think mattnc just got the Orion. Orion also has an enduro. There are many here that have different bikes, and have written posts. I, like yourself, am an older dude, getting back into bikes after several years, and was sooo skeptical of the China bikes. I researched to near death for many months on this site, and asked lots of questions. Many many good fellows responded kindly. After a purchase of the BMs250 , am impressed with, as I call it, the China syndrome. Good luck on your quest, keep us posted, and we like lots of pics.

Yes I thought of that one too. The Orion RXB-250L is also a more serious bike for off road but is currently out of stock. https://www.orionpowersports.com/ori...embled-tested/

The Brozz Blue Eagle is another good option for tall guys. I'm 6'1" and I can't flat foot the bike, I think it fits me perfect, so it will be a good fit for you too most likely. You can go to Brozz250.com to check it out.
Oh and welcome!
