No offence to AZ but if the order is not a storm 229cc (250 cc class) ,you better get on the horn and straighten it out! If you used a credit card you can stop payment.

I believe the Bashan storm is the BS250GY-18 (DB-08K-250)

I received a 2014 year model (built on 10/2013) it has a 'Red Hologram' / 'Highway Legal EPA' plate on my DB-03-200 (197cc engine) frame... I had trouble registering it at first but it was from the seller not filling out the paperwork right... should be able to register it in CO no problems... but it depends on lots of factors with these China Bikes and the worker at any given day/location/BMV...

I posted the pics of both the EPA and DOT plates directly off my DB-03-200, the 250 will have a similar plate I'm sure, an 8L gas tank is closer to 2.1 gallons of gas, and I can tell you for a fact my bike also has passenger pegs...

Even in this factory pic you can see passenger pegs on the WILL 250 right below the exhaust and around the brake line

Passenger foot pegs on the DB-03 are here btw... mine has a counter balanced engine... if you find a rack that fits... let me know... I've been looking for one too (not that hard tho )

Ok now I can see it. Thanks. Seems like the Will 250 would still be better then a Hawk 250 as far a longevity and smooth ride? I wonder which bike has a better rep? I cant find much info about the Will 250? With a rack it could be ok. Is $1500 dollars with a one year warranty shipped a good deal or did I get ripped?

Well I talked with the people over at Safer Wholesale and they tried to help me out with different bikes but Iam going to stick with the Will. The point is they did all they could to help me out. They seem to have good service to me. So I can at this stage recommend Safer Wholesale. We will see what happens.

I don't think I have seen a production year model of a will bike past 2014. Could be wrong

What can anyone tell me about the Bashan Will 250 engine. Is it a Yamaha or Honda clone? Is it a push rod or counterbalance? Any info would help. Thanks.

I have a 250 Storm and it is a very nice bike. The 12L tank, lower seat height and counterbalanced engine, with rack and handguards for $1,500 delivered.
