48mm flange carb to 35mm spigot carb

hi; looking to switch from 27m flange mount carb with 48mm hole to hole spacing, to a 28mm power jet carb with 35mm OD on the spigot outlet side of the carb. the only adapter i have found to meet the 48mm h to h, mounts flange face to flange face with the carb and leaves the spigot facing the flange mount on the engine. the bike is a motostar r155. any idea?
