bad vibrations, weird clutch, no broken mounts????

so I went riding down to the store tonight (its been about 4 days since I last rode it) and the vibration was really bad, before I got there I pulled over and gave it a look-see. Nothing was loose or broken, when reved engine didnt shake weird, nothing visually rattled. I made it back home safe and took the plastic off, I couldnt see anything that could be the problem.

Also (and I am sure its related), when I release the clutch and start moving the whole thing kind of vibrates and then catches on and goes smooth.

so here are my symptoms, weird clutch, bad vibrations at high speeds, nothing is loose.

this is a 200 speede

Check your welds. If all the bolts are there then you may have a broken weld somewhere.

Check your rear sprocket bolts. I bet they are loose.

It might be your tranny.

I had a problem whereby I experienced severe vibration after the bike warmed up, but only when I was moving. At idle, or with the clutch pulled in, nothing. I checked everything - sprockets, rear wheel alignment, etc...

In the end it was the transmission. The whole engine was replaced under warranty and the problem disappeared.

I had the exact same thing happen to my aftermarket Lifan engine bolted into a Jetmoto GY200. I had the vibrations, and then the bike took a little bit to "catch" and then it all got worse, and the tranny went "bye-bye."

When my developed a really bad vibe I had actually completely lost the lowest engine mounting bolt down by the kickstand/footpeg area. The one that is about 6" long.

Check that bottom bolt and the long one that resides above it. Those two seem to be the biggest culprits in the breaking.

just found this on powersportsmax.com

"All of our vehicles come with 12 months warranty for Engine and 90 days warranty for parts from the date you receive your vehicle. We will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional costs. Buyers are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty."

so if the engine was the problem would I have to send them my engine? how hard is it to remove a motorcycle engine

Not too hard, but I would make sure it's the tranny and know that they have engines in stock to send to you or you may be out of a bike for months on end waiting

well I am not 100% sure. When I get off of work I will drive it around some more to try and get a better description of the problem

I rode it again today, the problem seemed to come and go. I think something might be loose?

I dont want to send it back because they took forever just to get my MSO, I cant imagine what kind of nightmare an engine would be!!

Maybe I can take it to a motorcycle repair shop? what engine does our bikes mirror so that I can relay that to a repairer?

I know this sounds silly, but try tightening your chain. If anything changes because of it then this is the culprit. I've noticed there to be a fine line between too tight (no vibes from the chain, but also not good for the running gear) and too loose and you're getting vibes at different rpms that you never had before.
