I bet what a guy uses for a lubricant during tire installation matters.
I use Windex and run as low as 20 PSI and have not spun a tire, but that's mostly on 200's. My current 250 has rim locks and I run 15/20 on it and have not had problems. YMMV but I was just wondering about lubricants that may not compleatly dissapate.
