First Rhino Issue

Well, the ignition switch has got funky on me. I have to jiggle the heck out of it to get the neutral light to pop on and get battery juice. I think I'll upgrade to a toggle switch from the hardware store.

I had a problem with my cutoff/start switch. Had to take it all apart and soak some WD40 in there.

It's stored outside so it doesn't help that situation. Just use a tarp to cover it.

À good double pole weatherproof toggle is a good idea. EBay has new OEM key switches for under $5.

I haven't even looked at it yet. Is it just the four-pronger like this?

Its a 4 wire unit but there a couple different plug types. I got the wrong plug type but was able to pull the pins from the plugs and swap them.

Ok, I got the ignition switch fixed. Just a disassembly and cleanup did the trick.
Suddenly, after it kicked and farted a few times, no spark. Tried a spare CDI, nothing. I think I've been "mouse chewed" somewhere. Time to wheel it to the garage and get serious.
