Plastic ATV Body , Fit and Function

Does the plastic body on your ATV fit poorly ?

What did you do to strengthen the fenders so they do not flop all around ?

Mine is held on with a few bolts and some bend dods about twice as thick as cloths handers.

How about the seat, i looked under the seat and there is a gap of over 1.5 inches between the plastic body and the frame tubes. When seated on the ATV there is a lot of movement until the body/seat contact the frame. A light person may not have this problem, I weigh about 200 lbs.

What brand and model of bike do you have?

Of the three bikes I've had from Vbike (A Kandi, a KMD and a Taotao) I have had no complaints with the bodies (except the seats seem a little cheesey)- and I weigh 215 lbs.

I used rubber valve seat washers from the hardware store as cushions between the mounts and the plastic. I doubled up where necessary; problem solved.
