I strongly suggest you get the two adapter pieces recommended by Weldangrind.

Ah yes, part number 2... the two halved pieces. I definitely don't have that, I just got the pipe, I didn't get a heat shield or the <> shaped clamp.

It fit in the hole fine, as in it wasn't too wide, the head pipe was from a 1990 XR200R.

The 1990 model is a little different from my first pic, but not much. You still need the adapters.

They call them COLLAR, EX. PIPE JOINT, part #18233-437-000. In stock for $6.30 each at www.rockymountainatvmc.com
