Identify this mini ATV

Found this on Craigslist. I enquired about it but like most Craigslist ads, only 1% of the people seem to reply back. So either they have sold it or just slow about answering replies.

it says the wiring harness has issues or something. I'd like to know who made it and if there is a wiring diagram available for it.

Without seeing the I'd plate ,there is no way to tell what bike that is other than it's the usual 110 cc atv .The wiring is dead simple ,after you figure out what stator is on it ,you can find a diagram for it online .There is pretty much nothing to worry about buying that quad if you want to ride it ,it's not worth much more for resale if it's running so as a flip it's just not worth it .
