eBay of course. I'd be thinking of a generic Acerbis/Maier/Polysport replacement if you find one you like.

Some Chinese plastic is very brittle and easy to snap. They glue together well though if that works. I used epoxy and a reinforcing patch of fiberglass on the back side.

Hey cole, my tank plastic split right down the middle near the center seam I used gorilla glue and did a reasonable job. Doubtful it will work for a fender you need the more pliable plastic.Name: 20160428_225619-640x480.jpg

Ok BlackBike, you meant the tank cover. I thought you had a plastic tank that split, which kinda freaked me out. Nice job on the repair.

I need a black fender. I have been looking everywhere and can't find one. I might have to really try and repair it somehow

Well who knows how long my fix will last . Interesting it happened to your unit as well.

Also I was thinking about something like this to embed in the urethane glue to help strengthen the patch http://www.tcpglobal.com/SEM-70007_5...Q#.VzS9dWhOnxA or a cheaper alternative http://www.homedepot.com/p/BOEN-6-in...Q&gclsrc=aw.ds

By the way, maybe look into a front fender from Honda or other jap manufacturer and adapt it to work. I'm sure it would be mucho Dinero but it would be durable.

How about a very thin coat of fiberglass? The drywall mesh would be more flexible I would think. I know it's pretty durable stuff.
