I was surprised by the complication as well because of your success and others as well. Everything looks good with the cable. Im starting a stretch of work where I will be working a ton of hours so I wont have much time but I will update when I figure it out

Just to update no matter what i did I could not get the carb to work without cutting a 1/4 inch off to expose more cable in the rest position. It did work and my rhino is running better then ever. I do strongly recommend this for anyone with a sealed unit who feels their machine is not performing at its peak. She pulls hard all the way to red line now and gets a little squirrley stabbing the throttle from lifting the front up and unloading the suspension. I used 2LZ (I think I got the name right) jet recommendation and it seems to be performing well.
