Hellcat 125 Speedometer
Just put together 2 hellcat 125s and the speedometer only works on one bike. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing the issue?

Luckily, in this situation, you have two bikes. Can you compare connections on each and make sure all plugs are seated firmly and no contacts are bent?
Do any electrics work on the bike w/o a working speedo? If not, maybe the light fuse (on battery lead) or the ground connections are loose. General speedo ground can be found on a black wire under the right side fairing. IIRC it is connected near the starter relay (or at least, it was on my bike). |

If checking all the pins to make sure they are firmly seated in their connectors and that the connectors are all firmly connected doesn't work, i suggest checking the front wheel sensor assy - I understand you assembled 2 Bikes at the same time , but it really is super easy to put the sensor disc inside the wheel hub wrong side up, and the speedo wont work if you do. ( ask me how i know heh,)

I have the same issue. Removed wheel again to clean and inspect sensor, but it's fine. Still not working
