I am actually closer to Cumming. I work in Buford. I don't think these bikes are real popular here do to the "look at me" status everyone has.

Close, Chattanooga

Not Atlanta but not too far, live in Chattanooga, TN
Been going to check out some of the N. GA trails.

I have a Hi-Bird QH200GY, would love to do some trail riding with some other guys.

I bought a house 4 years ago here and I was somewhat rural. Now there is a subdivision going up everwhere I look.

Chattanooga area

I'm having trouble finding any trails in my area.
Wish I could find someone local "in the know"

N. GA/TN

I ride on the road allot, cant find many trails.

In PA where I am from we have Oodles of logging roads, trails everywhere!

I grew up in the midwest. Lots of places to ride.

I am planning a 3 day ride in the Chattahooche National forest in August. I am off in the middle of the week, but I invite anyone wanting to go.

My tentative plan involves parts of TN, NC, SC and mostly GA travelling on two-lane roads and gravel forest service roads. I haven't calculated the miles yet, but about 250. Max speed of 55mph. I plan to make alot of stops to see the sights.

My ride plans have changed to a whole day ride to see how far I can get and then back home again. I plan to go more than once while the wife and kids are gone.

I am taking off early AM tomorrow and going north.

I spent today looking over the bike and making sure things were tight. Changed the oil. Installed some new bark busters and gel grips.

I still need to mount the GPS and charge the camera batteries.

Good luck brother! I like riding the hard road myself, so I'm not too far from cell service, gas stations and such. Good on you! 8)
