chinariders.net has a a new owner

Since I haven't had the time to provide chinariders.net/com the support it needs I've transferred ownership to quadz.

He's running the show now and I'm sure chinariders.net has some bright days ahead!

I remember when CR was created off of the Yahoo group dedicated to the Lifan GY200-5. It has come a long way!
