GY6 normal 200cc for 500usd engine WHY TUNNING??

Hi!!
i just found a new 200cc engine for 500usd all included:
-200cc engine
-Carburator.
-Air filter
- CDI
- Ignition coil
- Oil cooler.

It fits in the GY6 125 and 150 engine holdings and have warranty for 1 year parts.

It is 9,7KW at 7500 and 13.8 Nm at 6000rpm. 66mmx60mm

I tried it in china while i was trying to find performance parts and I did go s 108km/h (GPS) without any problem in busy china roads, i think it should go 115Km/h in open road.

Why bother to do all the tuning and having all the work??? And with no waranties.
