EPA Certification List

https://www.epa.gov/system/files/doc...6-present.xlsx

If you open the spreadsheet, you can see the most up to date certification list for motorcycles certified as 'On Highway Motorcycles'

The Lifan KPX is on the list (that is the model name listed) which is the new 250cc engine dual-sport from Lifan. Also on the list is the Bashan lineup (Brozz et. al) so the Bashan faithful will be happy

Boom has a list of bikes 50-state certified bikes based around a 223cc EFI thumper, and we already have the street bikes available from Venom and a few other retailers. However, as was discussed, Boom will also have a couple dual-sports with the same 223cc EFI engine.

Several other Chinese bikes/brands which I am guessing includes street bikes as well (but we all know the coolest bikes are dual-sports...)

Interesting, I didn't see any imports by Ricky Power Sports, except the Hawk Dlx on the list. Maybe that's why some of the bikes have been hard to license.

The RPS bikes never have been, so I don't see any reason they're about to start certifying them now.

I haven't looked at the EPA off-road list, but that is the only place they have been listed (Hawk/Magician--they are on the same certificate) for the past several years. The off-road list includes quads, buggies, motorcycles, etc. so is a little bit more jumbled, but they do have a section for 'Off Road Motorcycles' under 'Categories'.

People getting them street plated since they have been introduced are doing it either due to circumstance (e.g. their state plates bikes with a minimum of street equipment meaning they will plate bikes certified as 'Off Road Motorcycles') or by 'accident' (e.g. Several members have plated them in New Jersey in the past).

It just worked again for me. Here is the main list. See if this works. Scroll down until you see the 'Motorcycle' section. https://www.epa.gov/compliance-and-f...-and-equipment
