Same here in Volcano, but since wolverine are protected here in CA, we supplement with wild turkey poop.

I used to just put the bike on the centerstand and used an oil can while rolling the rear wheel! That was on my old road bike(s). Yup, it spun off pretty quickly, but it was easy!

The weird thing is learning that lithium grease is made from trigycerides (animal fat!!!). It is a waste/by-product of the meat industry

Whether or not it truly sticks better than oil (gear oil), it works great. So I will "stick" with it

Watched a few YT videos on chain lube tests. Went to Walmart. Bought the Champion becuz $5 for 14 oz. The Dupont Chain Saver right next to it was $12 for 11 oz. Decided solely on price and ease of use. I don't ride that much, so longevity is not an issue for me.
