That's good to know. I wonder if that means they try to oil the filter without removing it (like with a spray) or not at all.

When I got my bike I had thought it would have been nice to receive a checklist with the setup, so I knew what they did and that each procedure was "signed off" as a QC measure.

From the dry condition of mine and a few others, it is not at all.
