Interesting and fun to see but not my cup of tea.
Might be a nitch market renting them to tour a park or something would need a few more to make it work though.
I don't know if it still exists but on San Juan Island in Friday Harbor there was a moped rental place. We used to see those mopeds cruising all over the island in the summer tourist season.
I googled and found Suzies Mopeds is still in businees and rents a sweet looking scoot car!

In Panama City Beach they rent all types of stuff. From mopeds and scooters to full bikes (sport and cruisers) and even several types of electric vehicles both small and large. Pretty cool stuff.

It will turn over otherwise. In the description it mentions that the red one was flipped.

I wouldn't mind a 3wheeler, but these are not a road worthy machine.
