Why not just get the service manual from Sinnis?
http://www.sinnismotorcycles.com/motorcycle_range.php

I think that your Sinnis is or appears to be reasonably well supported.

Man they have the Qingi street bike the one I like but its only 125cc.

The Qingqi bikes all have documentation, why not check for a dealer and take it in for service? Have them check the bike over? They look to have allot of dealers and have been in business since 2006.

thanks for your reply again Oengus, ive adjusted my valves and sorted the oil leak, the rocker cover bolts wasnt tight enough and one was missing, so i nipped the bolts up and put a rubber seal all around it, the engines not making a tingy noise no more just general engine noise and ive got better throttle respose so i think they must of been way out, ive orderd a manual and ive booked the bike it to be profesionally serviced for peice of mind, i fixed all other cosmetic problem but now my rear brake light wont work for no apparent reason but i think its just the bulb, ill get some pics up of the progress ill be making in the coming weeks, thanks all

I'm glad to hear you are making good progress with your bike. Please do keep us updated, and if you have time, please do post some photos.

finished up on my bike for today, only problem ive got is my rear light which ive scapped totaly as i couldnt remove the bulb from the holder so im looking for a new holder to take the p21type bulb which i cant find :( maybe smeone can help with that? also it seems my bike doesnt rev into the red and isnt all that fast, the guy i baught it off said 70 tops but i get to 40 @ 3500k revs and dont even see it doing 60, gear'd@ 15-51 with carb adjusted spot on and dep pipe fitted?

edit: my rear wheel also moves side to side and it looks like its at the drum brake hub, my rear brake works perfectly and its tightend up enough, ill be geting the wheel off asap so check the bearings but for the mean time, any ides?

doesnt look like ive done much to the bike but ive changed rusty bolts un-rusted frame parts, re-routed wires fitted renthal grips and gave the bike a good clean

pics as promised

tomorrow im going to be spraying my rear pannels matt black, put my orange rim-tape on, and probibly a few tinkers

Thanks for posting the great photos! I strongly encourage you to check the wheel bearings before you do more riding; a loose rear wheel is not a good thing. :(

X2 on the bearings. Quality Japanese sealed bearings can be had for cheap.

Your bike looks great! What does dep pipe mean?

Thanks Spud. I know of several aftermarket slip-on mufflers, but that one is new to me.

this on probibly wasnt the best slip on exhaust to choose but i know that DEP have a massive reputation and make quality products, i have to chop about half of the down pipe off the silencer and open up the diameter to make it a reallly tight fit, sounds like a cross between 2t and 4stroke

Check the compression and address the leaking head and then see if you get more power.

Ok, goes some more cosmetic work done today, im trying to do this bike on a absolute minimun budget as spending close to £2000 on my pit bike has left a bad taste in my mouth knowing i could of baught this sinnis apache and spent a good £1500 making it look amazing, anyway , up to now ive baught

asv style fold back levers £free
alarm £15
orange rim tape £5
high temp paint £7
clear coat £5
ba20dx2 rear light holders £5
renthal d/c orange grips £10
bike-it orange/carbon tax disk holder £10
ba20d rear light bulbs x2 £2

considering ive only spent £60 it looks alot better than it did when i first got it, future upgrades are, ebc front brake pads, new brake shoes, orange bar pad and orange hoses all round

update pics below

cheers mate, quite tedious doing those rims, because there duel walled the slightest wobble with the tape makes the whole thing look mis-shaped, turned out well tho, im open to suggestions on what you would do to it if it was your bike 8)

if any one is wondering for mods you can add on these bikes from other bikes heres a few,

brake and clutch lever, you can use pit bike levers like these which im using

http://www.pitbikeparts.co.uk/style-...ver-p-460.html

the adjuster screw will hit your left hand switch gear so you have to adjust your clutch on the cable accordingly, these are well made cheap and cheerful

replacement carb, oem price is a rip off for this little pz26, NOTE it is not a 26mm venturie, its an oval venturi more to the size of a 22mm aka a mikuni vm22

http://www.pitbikeparts.co.uk/mikuni...tar-p-562.html

bar risers, i know some people dont like the riding position so you can just get a set of these , again off a pit bike, NOTE you will need to get bolts that go through these risers and tighten up to the original bottom bar clamp

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-5-ALLOY-BAR-...item4150718441

good quality brake pads ebc, will last alot longer than oem ones and provide more stopping power, also cheaper ?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

if like me your rear light bulb holder has rusted up and stopped working, istead of spending £30 on a new tail light you can just get a brand new x2 rear bulb holder that fits directly onto the bike, i even thing its the oem one whic they dont sell on there own

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

bulbs to fit

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

hiflow oil filter, better and cheaper than oem

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

if your after something different and stylish and very well made, these colour chains do the trick, in some cases there 4-6 links too short but you can just add x amount of links from your strock chain

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

advanced cdi -same fron xian racing

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

ill post more as i discover more, hopefully will help some people with spares etc
